Little Bodies, Big Experiences

Supporting Little Bodies Through Birth, Growth & Development

Birth is a pretty incredible journey for both mother and baby. It's also a physically demanding process, and even the smoothest, most natural births require a baby's head and body to adapt as they make their way into the world. These early experiences, along with the many changes that happen throughout childhood, can influence how a child's body responds, moves, and develops.

As children grow, the effects of these early experiences, combined with the everyday demands of growing up, may show up in a variety of ways, including physical tension, feeding or sleep challenges, sensory and behavioral difficulties, and changes in overall comfort and well-being.

CranioSacral Therapy offers a gentle, individualized approach to supporting infants and children as their bodies grow and develop. By working with the body's connective tissues and nervous system, we create space for greater ease, balance, and regulation.
