Back in 2013, I felt a deep calling to the healing arts—I just didn’t know what it meant at the time. Massage school seemed like the first step, but it wasn’t until I became a mom that everything clicked.

While my pregnancy and birth experiences were as smooth as I could have hoped, my postpartum journey was anything but. Especially after my first child, I felt lost, broken, and questioning everything about myself as a mother. We struggled with breastfeeding, I couldn’t produce milk, and I spiraled into believing I wasn’t meant to be a mom. Those first five months were dark and lonely.

But then, around the six-to-seven-month mark, I found a team of incredible practitioners who helped me and my daughter find our footing. They pulled me out of the fog and helped us reconnect with ourselves and each other. That experience changed me forever. I never wanted to feel that way again, and more importantly, I never wanted another mom to feel that way either.

By the time my second child was a year old, I knew my purpose: to fill the gap I had fallen into—the space between surviving and thriving. I dove headfirst into training as a doula, got relicensed as a massage therapist, and discovered Craniosacral Therapy. That journey led me to open my practice and help families navigate their own healing.

Today, I work with entire families—from pregnancy through adulthood. My passion lies in supporting the mind-body connection, unraveling the stories our fascia holds, and guiding you toward feeling whole again. Whether it’s a newborn needing gentle care, a stressed-out teen, or a mom rediscovering herself, I’m here to create a space where healing happens naturally, gently, and in its own time.

You don’t have to go through it alone. Let’s find a path forward together.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT FOR BETTER HEALTH

Always learning, always growing

I’ve always been someone who thrives in a classroom. Whether it was stretching out my undergrad experience to include two study-abroad stints and a bonus fifth year on campus, or diving headfirst into countless continuing education courses, learning has always been my happy place.

I’m endlessly fascinated by the human body, the nervous system, and the profound ways our everyday choices shape our health and well-being. My curiosity keeps me coming back for more—more knowledge, more skills, and more ways to help.

Below is a list of the courses I’ve completed so far (and trust me, the learning isn’t stopping anytime soon!).

Things we love . . .

Two young girls with curly hair lying on a striped orange and red hammock, laughing and smiling while holding hands.

These two girls are my joy and inspiration. If it weren’t from their pure existence, I wouldn’t be who I am today.

A family of four with a dog outdoors in a grassy area with trees and a wooden fence in the background.

Without the support of my family , I wouldn’t be able to do this work. It is for them I am forever grateful.

Dogs are not our whole life, but they make our lives WHOLE!

A person rock climbing on a steep outdoor cliff with safety gear, plants growing on the rock, and a partly cloudy sky.

Being outside and moving my body helps me come back to myself. Hiking, paddling, climbing - they’re all ways I stay grounded, playful, and connected to the world around me.
