Your birth and postpartum space is sacred, and those you invite to come along with you on that journey will be a part of one of the most intimate times of your life. That’s not something I take lightly. Doulas are not magic makers. We don’t have control of birth, but we do help you navigate through it. All the physical changes, the emotions that arise, and the work of childbirth, I will be at your side. Choosing me to walk along side you means I will go above and beyond to help bring you an experience that you'll never forget. You will feel supported, empowered, understood, and confident in this once in a lifetime ride that you and your partner have embarked upon! And hey, it might even be FUN! ;)

(Ideal for those that have birthed before and are mainly needing labor support)

Video or Phone consultation
One In-Home prenatal to go over Spinning Babies techniques, positions for labor, showing your partner how they can help at home/in birth space, show how to use TENS unit, etc
One Prenatal Body Alignment Session: Using Body Ready Method techniques, individualized exercises to address your body’s needs, incorporating Myofascial Release+ Craniosacral Therapy as needed
Unlimited Phone (calls/text) support for the duration of your pregnancy upon signed contract
On-Call time starting at 38 weeks
Continuous Labor Support
Staying in the birth space for up to 2 hours postpartum, assistance with first latch
One Postpartum Visit
